Okatshe Mural & Signage

Okatshe by Chef Jose Garces is located in Downtown Allentown, Pennsylvania and is an immersive Japanese izakaya inspired by the neon lit streets and after dark energy of Tokyo.

The featured back mural incorporates traditional Japanese patterns, Japan’s national flower the sakura or cherry blossom and dynamic imagery of tuna leaping from the ocean, complementing the paper lanterns above the sushi bar and serving as a central focal point.

The outdoor signage continues the illuminated Japanese lightbox style while seamlessly complementing the Downtown Allentown Moxy signage that the restaurant is built into.
